Herbert Goodman is a NASM certified Group Personal Trainer who is passionate about health and wellness. Nicole Is a Certified Personal Trainer. Their love for fitness training is what makes each class exciting and motivating. Herbert was a professional athlete which has given him an exceptional training ability and unique approach. His approach is simple, efficient, and challenging. Herbert also focuses on proper form, mobility and core strength. Nicole is a Master's Social Worker and focuses on changing unhealthy behaviors to new long lasting healthier lifestyles.
