Herbert Goodman is a NASM certified Group Personal Trainer who is passionate about health and wellness. His love for fitness training is what makes each class exciting and motivating. Herbert was a professional athlete  which has given him an exceptional training ability and unique approach. His approach is simple, efficient, and challenging. Guidelines for Fitness Studio Opening

  • All members are required to sanitize equipment before and after use.

  • Members must wash or sanitize hands upon entry.

  • Proper social distancing must be maintained while exercising. 

  • Goodlife Fitness will operate at reduced capacity to follow CDC guidelines.
